Jamal is a civil engineer specialized in materials control with extensive professional experience on three continents.
For the past twenty years, he has exercised his expertise in civil engineering applied to large municipal infrastructures as well as in the construction of residential, commercial or industrial buildings, not to mention the major highway works he supervised.
He has added to his engineer training a master's degree in engineering in construction, with specialization in the rehabilitation of works of art and buildings
