Our environmental assessment will help measure the negative impact on the environment by analyzing several factors and propose, if necessary, various site rehabilitation methods.

STEP I

Objectives

Check if the property was subject to a deterioration of the environmental quality of its soil and/or its groundwater.

Means

  • Search history of the property
  • Study of aerial photographs from different periods
  • Consultation of available public records
  • Site visit

Results

Establishment of a research report outlining the history and potential sources of contamination.

STEP II

Objectives

Characterizing and determining the extent of contamination defined in Phase I.

Means

  • Environmental drilling
  • Soil and water sampling
  • Analysis of chemical parameters in approved laboratories

Results

  • Establishment of a study report defining:
    • The type of contamination
    • The concentrations of the various types of pollutants
    • The extent of the contamination
    • The mode of contamination advocated
